Return/Refund policies

Before placing an order on Soultree you are requested to carefully read the description of the product(s), product-specific conditions, and the terms and policies including the 'exchange and return policy'.

  • Refund/Returns/Exchange: As a policy, we neither provide refunds nor accept returns nor offer exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect or delivery of an incorrect product.
  •  All dimensions and materials are mentioned on respective product pages. We will not be able to to provide a return/refund in any case except for a defect or the wrong product being sent.
  •  In case of a manufacturing defect, please email us a photo of the defect/damaged product within 24 hours of receiving your order  at contact.soultree@gmail.com.  Please ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging. Item(s) showing signs of usage will not be eligible for returns or exchange. We reserve the right to inspect the condition of the product(s) before processing returns or exchanges.
  •  Cancellation: You can cancel an order, except for custom orders like curtains, any time before the order shipped. Custom orders can't be cancelled
  •  Taxes and Duties - For customers anywhere within India, all prices mentioned above are inclusive of GST.
